Welcome to EventSignage. By placing an order or using our website at eventsignage.ca, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
EventSignage is a Canadian custom signage company founded in 2019. We design and produce custom foam board signs, posters, and digital templates for events across Canada and beyond. All orders are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. EventSignage is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted at checkout.
3. Custom & Personalized Orders
Because every sign we make is custom and made specifically for you, all sales on personalized and custom orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
If you have requested a fully custom design, you will receive a digital proof for approval before we proceed to production. Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for errors in the approved design including spelling, dates, or names.
4. Digital Templates
Digital template purchases are instant downloads and are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. These files are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from EventSignage.
5. Production & Turnaround Times
Production times vary by product and are outlined on each product page. Turnaround times begin after your order is confirmed and, where applicable, after your proof has been approved. EventSignage is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
6. Shipping
We ship across Canada and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been handed to a courier, EventSignage is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, though we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.eventsignage@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to make it right.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and content created by EventSignage remain the intellectual property of EventSignage. By submitting photos of your event featuring our signs, you grant us permission to share those images on our website and social media channels. We will always aim to credit you where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
EventSignage shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
10. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do not sell your information to third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
